Jewellery Designer & founder of Yuniu Jewels, Dalia Kombarji shares her morning to evening beauty routine.
Talk us through your morning routine.
My morning routine is pretty simple yet effective. I start by washing my face with the Aesop Parsley Seed Facial Cleanser, which I absolutely love. It’s gentle and refreshing. Then, I apply the UV PLUS Anti-Pollution Translucent to protect my skin from the day ahead. It’s a quick routine, but it keeps my skin feeling clean and protected for the busy day.
How does our evening routine differ?
For my evening routine, I start by washing my face with the same Aesop Parsley Seed Facial Cleanser. Then, I apply the Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Intense Serum. I also discovered a new skincare brand called Ashri, which is made in Korea, at an event, and I’ve been hooked ever since. After the serum, I use the Ultra Radiance All-in-One Brightening Complex to finish off my routine. It’s really effective for keeping my skin healthy and glowing.
What are your go-to skincare products?
My go-to skincare products are definitely the Aesop Parsley Seed Facial Cleanser, Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Intense Serum, and Ultra Radiance All-in-One Brightening Complex. But throughout the day, I also keep reapplying the Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ from Ashri—it’s become a must-have for me. It’s so smooth and really protects my skin from the sun, so I can’t live without it anymore!
Are you a fan of masks?
I’m not really a fan of masks as part of my daily routine, but I do enjoy trying different ones every now and then. It’s a seamless way to mix things up and see what works for my skin.
How would you describe your approach to makeup?
My relationship with makeup is all about creativity. I love experimenting with different looks, and I feel like I apply it really well, though I don’t wear it every day. For me, it’s a way to enhance my look and express my mood or style for the day. But overall, I’m more into skincare keeping my skin healthy is my priority.
What can always be found in your makeup bag?
The one thing that can always be found in my makeup bag is lip liner. It’s a must-have for me to define my lips and give them a polished look, even on days when I keep it simple.
Which fragrance are you loving at the moment?
At the moment, I’m loving Loewe Esencia. It’s a beautiful fragrance that feels fresh yet deep, with a perfect balance of warmth and elegance. It’s definitely one of my go-to scents right now.
How do you choose your evening fragrance?
I choose my evening fragrance based on the mood I want to set for the night. Right now, my favorite is Lucky by Dior, which has a light, It’s just the right mix of freshness and sweetness, making it perfect for nights out.
Talk us through your hair routine.
My hair routine is really important to me, and I’ve tried many different shampoos. Right now, I alternate between Inecto Argan shampoo and Horsetail shampoo. After washing my hair, I use a garlic serum by Vatika, which has been great for my hair. For the tips, I use Garnier Ultra Doux Honey Treasures Repairing Serum for Damaged Hair and Split Ends, which also has heat protection. This routine keeps my hair looking healthy and shiny.
What is the most unusual item in your makeup bag?
The most unusual item in my makeup bag is probably a chocolate bar! I always keep one with me for a little treat whenever I need it.
