Buccellati demonstrates unsurpassed skill to create standout pieces that last a lifetime.

For January’s cover, we partnered with Buccellati, a family-run fine jewellery house founded in 1919, still using centuries-old Italian techniques to create its incredible pieces. Inspired by Renaissance and Venetian designs, each piece is uniquely engraved as a mark of the artisans’ meticulous hand-craftsmanship you’ll see in The Fine Craft.

Inspired by Rennaissance and Venetian designs, each piece from Buccellati has a uniquely engraved  mark of the artisans’ meticulous craftsmanship. The Macri Classica line reproduces the very first designs from Buccellati, which were pure minimalist: no curves, no convexities and no rosettes. An ode to clean, cool minimalism this collection is the embodiment of less is more. The Macri collection, designed by Gianmaria Buccellati developed a richer design, embellished with bombé elements, leaf-modelled rosettes and shiny beads, thus obtaining jewels that contained all the signature goldsmithing techniques used by the artisans of the Maison.
