opener

Hermès, hosted their hugely anticipated annual brunch at the weekend. With the invitation stating ‘formal shoes and high heels to be left in your cupboard’ this was always going to be a brunch with a twist.

The Address Montgomerie grounds were transformed into a Hermès-style Olympic games pavilion. For a little after lunch sporting action, there was Hermès darts, ping-pong and badminton to play. For the fashionista in attendance, it was straight to the dress-up station to sport the signature scarves and pose for a picture.

As for the cuisine, it was fair to say all French food connoisseurs were not disappointed with the extravagant buffet-style spread. Fresh oysters and smoked salmon were followed by Coq au vin and mussels – how very Le Cordon Bleu indeed!

The Food

foodDreamy Hermès table settings were a culinary playground stacked with melt-in-the-mouth salmon and a feast of miniature desserts, designed for guests to indulge.

With fishfayce photobooths set up to capture all the sporting heroes in action, it was time to let the games begin…
