The most-awaited Jordanian Royal Wedding finally took place yesterday at the Zahran Palace in Amman, Jordan.

The entire country was beaming in the spirit of celebrating #AlHussein, the Crown Prince and future King of Jordan and his stunning bride Rajwa Al Saif.

The gorgeous bride walked down the aisle accompanied by the groom’s brother Prince Hashem. The Islamic wedding ceremony took place at the palace — the father of the bride and the father of the groom, King Abdullah, sat alongside the couple when they signed the marriage contract and exchanged rings.

If you’ve followed Rajwa Al Saif’s personal style, you know she is a minimalist through and through. For the big day, she chose to wear a stunning creation by Lebanese designer Elie Saab. Modest yet modern, the gown was befitting of Rajwa’s less is more personality. With no extra frills or embellishments and volume, the newly titled princess wore a form-fitting gown with an asymmetrical neckline and gather details on the bodice. The diaphanous long veil further added to the elegance of the entire ensemble. Simple diamond earrings and a chic tiara polished her look and gave it the finesse is required. Looking dapper by her side, Crown Prince Hussein looked utterly handsome in his military attire, appearing like a replica of his father from his big day.

After the official wedding ceremony, the newly married royal couple greeted the guests. Prince William, Princess Kate of Whale and Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Al-Missned of Qatar gave them their blessings.

Making it a royal spectacle, the newly married couple then headed to the Al Husseiniya Palace for the reception. Travelling in a vintage white Range Rover, Crown Prince Hussein and Rajwa Al Saif waved and smiled and the crowd that was gathered.

For the reception, Princess Rajwa wore a Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda gown. Different from her first look, this silhouette was rather opulent yet understanted in its own way. With self-on-self texture and ballroom cut, this couture number was perfect for a night full of celebration. Keeping the earrings and tiara unchanged, the bride added a pair of opera gloved to her new royal look.
