There are numerous brands who can attribute their success to the Kardashian effect, and Lebanese designer Nicolas Jebran can thank Khloe Kardashian for the current media buzz surrounding his label.

His pieces are regularly inspired by nature and architecture, which is seen through the structured silhouettes and surprising cut-out details. After almost 20 years showing in Beirut, he presented his first Paris Haute Couture show last year, and even had Lebanese influencer Nour Arida close the show. Jebran likes to use a variety of techniques, from embroidery and laser cuts to combining different kinds of fabric. The cutouts in the fabric are made from unique moulds that are handmade in the atelier.
