Taylor Swift wears an Arab designer for The Eras Tour

For the second night of The Eras Tour, Taylor Swift wore a custom-made Zuhair Murad ball gown in pink tulle with a starburst bodice and a cross strap back.

This isn’t the first time the Red singer has collaborated with the Lebanese designer—over the course of her career, the music sensation has worn creations by Zuhair at multiple global events. From her all-gold Grammy gown in 2012 to her very recent mini white look for The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon—it’s safe to assume, the veteran couturier is always on her speed dial.

Marking her sixth concert tour, the Grammy Award-winning artist kicked off the season in Arizona, on 17th March, 2023. Swifties flocked the stadium ‘all too well’ and sang along the heart-break numbers in unison.

Her wardrobe for the tour is bold, glamorous and abstractly influenced by her music. Besides Zuhair Murad, Taylor was also spotted wearing custom Versace, Roberto Cavalli, Alberta Ferreti and Oscae de la Renta—each designer brought alive elements of her art through their sartorial sense.

Having been away from the stage since 2018, this tour recap all the albums Taylor has released ever since. When the tour was announced, the Shake it Off singer described it as “a journey through the musical eras of my career (past and present!) The first leg of the tour will be in stadiums across the US, with international dates to be announced as soon as we can!”
