In 1987, while out fishing, a man had an idea to start a global fashion brand. That man was Ted Baker and soon he had established his specialist shirt store in Glasgow, Scotland.
The store had a focus on attention to detail and quality but with a quirky sense of humour, to the point that a laundry service was provided for every shirt sold.
Fast forward 25 years and Ted Baker has blossomed into one of the gems of the high street, with what began as just a menswear line, quickly developed into
womenswear, perfume, bedding, and even beauty and grooming salons.
The Dubai Mall store is home to the majority of the stunning new S/S13 collection, which focuses on bright hues, floral prints and kitsch accessories. The quirky window displays and super friendly staff are an added bonus when giving your summer wardrobe a much-needed injection of colour.
