It’s no secret Her Highness Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has a love for horses, just like her father His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
But now, showcasing her love for animals, Sheikha Mahra has unveiled a stunning new photoshoot with her horse named Derbi, as well as some other furry friends.
Releasing a series of incredible photos to her 37,000 Instagram followers, the daughter of Sheikh Mohammed posed for a series of snaps with her beloved stallion.
Also in the photoshoot, which took place at Bab Al Shams resort, Sheikha Mahra was seen with a falcon, an animal that represents strength and heritage in the UAE, and a camel.
Just a few weeks ago, Sheikha Mahra paid a visit to the Meydan Racecourse where she met with employees of the racing site and also spectated on some of the races taking place at the time.
The globally renowned Dubai World Cup is set to take place at the racing site in just a few short weeks and will be the second edition of the event unaffected by the COVID-19 pandemic, following its cancellation in 2020 due to the outbreak.
If Her Highness’ love for horses is anything to go by, we’re sure she’ll be in the crowds in the coming weeks cheering the participants on.
