Don’t be shy
You know that saying “if you don’t ask you don’t get”? His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, is asking you to share your opinion on government services.
He took to Twitter to introduce a new app called ‘UAEMysteryShopper’ where you can review overall experience at government service centres, including location, parking spaces, employee attitude, waiting time, service fees, and payment method.

“Today in the Federal Government, we launched the “Secret Shopper” application with the aim of providing an opportunity to evaluate all government services provided to the public in eight languages. [The app will] evaluate service providers, service delivery centers and send notes to officials about the quality of our government services,” he wrote on Twitter.
A little bit like TripAdvisor for the public sector. Will you share your thoughts?
