His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is set to announce the worst government agencies in the UAE this September.

This is set to take place in order to achieve top levels of service among public servants in the country.

Both providers of digital and smart services shall be carefully scrutinized this summer, with around 1,300 services evaluated over that span of time, as taken to a post on Twitter this week.

In order to incentivize the diligent and hardworking in the region, due praise shall be given after a comprehensive evaluation, to ensure promising accuracy in terms of delivering the services with utmost speed.

“Within three months, we will assess the extent to which government agencies have succeeded in providing integrated digital services that reach customers wherever they are and at any time, enabling them to complete their transactions easily and quickly and at the highest levels of efficiency, in a manner that improves their experiences and enhances their quality of life,” His Highness said.

In July 2019, HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has made an announcement regarding 600 government service centres, as per the best and worst rated accordingly to warn government officials, regarding the standards to be met.

As per the 2019 report, Fujairah Center- Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship was rated the best and Al Khan Center in Sharjah – Emirates Post Group was on top of the list for the worst government service centres.
