His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, has paid tribute to his late brother, Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on the anniversary of his death.
Sheikh Hamdan shared a touching video on Instagram to pay homage to his late brother.
The footage depicted a series of photos of the brothers together from their childhood years through to their teen years and young adult years.
In the montage, there was also a photo of the late Sheikh Rashid with his father, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Sheikh Rashid was the eldest son of the Dubai Ruler.
He tragically passed away six years age at the age of 33 from a heart attack.
At the time of Sheikh Rashid’s sudden death in 2015, UAE President Sheikh Khalifa declared three days of mourning across the country, with flags lowered to half-mast.
