When I wrote the themes for 2025 last year, I couldn’t have imagined that this particular theme would be so fitting. But that is the magic of life!

I have enjoyed the most wonderful five-and-a-half years at Emirates Woman and am incredibly proud of all that has been achieved by my team and I during this time. I am particularly proud to have created a community of incredible women who now support each other, not only within the Middle East but across the globe, and to have brought them together under the values of integrity, authenticity, excellence, and strength.
