An edgy twist!
Egyptian actress Salma Abu Deif is one of the first stars to take the Giambattista Valli x H&M collection out for a ride.
The 25-year-old attended an event for Emirates NBD in Egypt last night. Salma turned heads at the star-studded event, which included a performance from the one and only, Amr Diab. The long awaited Giambattista Valli x H&M collaboration has given us a collection of party dresses we didn’t know we needed.
The Halawet El Donia actress gave one of the collection’s princess dresses an edgy twist – and we are here for it. Salma wore the strapless, pink tulle mini-dress, which Kendall Jenner wore down the runway. The young talent paired the dress with red statement latex boots and a black bag.

Salma’s take on the dress was somewhat similar to how it was styled when Kendall wore it down the catwalk. During the fashion show, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star strutted in the dress, which was also paired with red boots. But unlike the Egyptian actress, the models booties were lace not leather.

The long-awaited collaboration is expected to hit stores tomorrow, November 7. Giambattista Valli is known for intricate detailing, rich embroidery and the most luxurious of fabrics. While this collection will include several dramatic party dresses, it will also feature a high-low mix of pieces, that includes embellished sweatshirts and jewellery. Perfect for those who want minimal drama but plenty of impact.
