Extensive windows edge the restaurant allow for amazing views of both the Dubai Marina and the surrounding cityscape from 7 floors up.
Cuisine
“Crafted with love and presented with care,” this awe-inspiring menu includes succulent and fresh Mediterranean dishes with a Japanese presence. Curated by Chef Mohammad Islam, every dish offered on the menu includes an element of inspiration and story behind it.
Starting with Wagyu Tartare served with a parmesan tuile and a mandarin compote, we were incredibly impressed with the quality of the produce and presentation, completely stealing the show we highly recommend this dish.
Alongside this, we also indulged in A5 asparagus which was served with an organic poached truffle egg, snow white mushrooms and gold oscietra caviar which was truly delicious.
Burrata was accompanied by organic tomatoes, 10-year aged balsamic and sesame grissini which was incredibly fresh and locally sourced.Wagyu gyoza served with sauteed kimchee and spicy ponzu as well as black angus “tagliata” provided an exquisite end to the meal.
Attentive waiters ensured we knew the small details about the dishes, making the experience even more enjoyable.
