These Regional Designers dominated the Cannes Film-Festival red-carpet

Bringing the heat to the French Riviera

One of the film industry’s most prestigious events, the Cannes Film Festival, kicked off last week. The 72nd edition of the festival is running from May 14 to 25, with an 11-day movie-packed itinerary. Even though Cannes has been a great outlet for new films, it has also become one of the most-anticipated and fashion-forward red-carpet events of the year.

With 11-days of movie premieres, photo-calls and parties, the Festival is filled with countless style moments, many of which have come courtesy of regional designers. So, here, we will look at all of the Middle East based designers who helped slay the red-carpet at Cannes.
