ORANGE WATERMELON DESSERT SALAD
Serves 6 |15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups watermelon pieces, in cubes or balls
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup orange blossom water
- 2 tbsp mint, chopped
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
PREPARATION
- Gently mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Serve in the shell of a halved watermelon for gorgeous presentation!
