Relive the grand tradition of afternoon tea in the refined atmosphere of Raffles’ Salon. One of the highlights on the menu is the floral Forever Rose collection. The themed menu incorporates the essence of flowers with savoury treats such as cured salmon with hibiscus extract, fresh mango, herb sponge and basil leaves and sweet temptations such as Jasmine- flavoured chocolate ganache with honey sable. Yum.

The 252 rooms and suites are some of the most spacious in the city.
