Indulging in midnight madness…
It’s a common gripe – brunch starts and ends too early. Frioul have taken this to the extreme, launching a midnight brunch from 12am until 3am. In keeping with the theme (is it late night or early morning?) there’s a range of dinner and breakfast dishes available to see you through the wee hours. The likes of scrambled eggs served with wild mushroom and truffle, or whole grilled sea bass, means there’s something to please all palates. Dhs500 per person including select beverages.

This weekend sees the launch of VIP Room’s newest concept, ‘Cool Kids Made in VIP Room’. The event is in collaboration with Harley-Davidson, The Kooples and blk. Expect a showcase of urban culture, blending fashion, art and design. Music will be of the rock, pop and funk veriety, with some old school hip-hop thrown in for good measure. It’s time to make the most of the (relatively) pleasant heat, before it gets too much. Eat Greek have recently launched a picnic basket option, offering small Greek dishes such as skewers, chips, tzatziki and eggplant. They say you can’t buy style, but with a little know-how, we disagree. This weekend Iris Dubai will host the first in a series of ‘Part with your Art’ events, giving art-lovers the chance to buy pre-loved pieces.
