It’s a brand new month, a brand new season and our brand new Emirates Woman and Emirates Bride magazines have hit the shelves. It may technically be autumn, but it feels a lot like spring in Dubai as the city is starting to come alive again. With so much happening, here are our picks for the weekend…
JOINING JEN ANISTON IN LIFE OF CRIME
Jennifer Aniston plays the role of Mickey Dawson, the wife of a shady real estate developer Frank Dawson, played by the genius Tim Robbins. Thinking they’ve hatched a master plan, two small-time criminals kidnap Mickey for a million dollar ransom. The only problem is that Frank is not particularly interested in getting her back as his attention is focused on Melanie, a seductress played by Isla Fisher. Thus begins a darkly humorous series of plot twists that could only conceived by the mind of the great crime writer Elmore Leonard. Life of Crime opens in all good cinemas today (Sept 4).
