Maison Mathis had its official opening last week, but we’ve been dying to go back ever since . With all the excitement of two new nightspots opening this weekend, what better way to spend a Saturday morning than having a late breakfast or early lunch at the light and breezy Arabian Ranches spot overlooking the ninth hole of the golf course?
