Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan has unveiled a new family portrait to mark the end of 2021.
In the photo, Queen Rania appears with her husband His Majesty King Abdullah II and their four children – Crown Prince Hussein, Princess Iman, Princess Salama and Prince Hashem.
Posting the photo to Instagram, Her Majesty wished her 6.5 million followers good health and happiness for the year coming.

“May the threads of happiness, hope and good health weave together your New Year,” she captioned the post.
The last full family portrait of the Jordanian royals was shared at a similar time last year by Queen Rania.
King Abdullah and Queen Rania made a visit to the UAE last month where they were welcomed by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of the UAE and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
Following their visit to the UAE, Queen Rania shared a heartfelt message about always having the “fondest memories” when coming to the country.
“Between the gracious hospitality of Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the inspirational warmth and kindness of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, I always leave the UAE with the fondest of memories,” she said on Instagram, sharing a photo with King Abdullah upon their arrival to Abu Dhabi.
