On November 15, Physique 57 is introducing the ultimate Physique 57 ‘Baby Bootie Camp’ Prenatal Workshop, encouraging expecting mums to take time out from the hustle and bustle of the season and prepare for the arrival of their little ones by treating themselves. Mums-to-be in all trimesters and of all experience levels will join together for the workshop that will thoroughly take prenatal clients through all of the specifically-designed strength and endurance exercises and orthopaedic stretches that make up what has been voted as NYC’s Best Prenatal Workout!
This workshop is a fabulous addition to the existing signature Physique 57 classes on offer, which are still incredibly effective during pregnancy and are sure to give an extra boost of strength and confidence to carry expecting mums through pregnancy. Due to the low impact, controlled and focused nature of the workout, signature Physique 57 classes are perfectly adaptable to pregnancy, and this Prenatal Workshop will show expecting clients just that.
Attendees will learn the how’s and why’s of the postures and movements that will help prepare them for labour and delivery. In addition, the workshop will teach clients the key exercises they can implement in the weeks immediately following childbirth to ensure a quicker, optimal recovery.
