HER EXERCISE ROUTINE
“I really don’t like the gym or standard exercise classes so have always found it difficult to maintain any discipline in that department,” says Emily, “but since I began combining yoga and paddle boarding, I look forward to my workout. I have seen a big difference in the tone of my body, particularly in my core region, which I found difficult to get back after pregnancy and a C-section.”
