Saudi Arabia’s Princess Hassa bin Salman Al Saud, the granddaughter of King Salman Bin Saud, has married Prince Fahad Bin Saad.

While photographs of the wedding have remained private, the designer of Her Royal Highness’ wedding gown, Stéphane Rolland, showcased the exquisite piece he designed, giving an insight into the royal nuptials.

Enamoured with elegance, this traditional silhouette was complemented with a white gold headpiece and cuffs, designed over 30 years ago by Her Royal Highness Princess Sultana bint Turki al Sudeiry and jeweller Jahan, now making it a tribute for Princess Hassa for her wedding.

From detailed embellishments to intricate work, the Saudi culture is deeply imbued in this inspirational wedding gown by Rolland, as it’s created with glistening crystals and pearls.

“Congratulations to HRH Princess Hassa bint Salman and HH Prince Fahad bin Saad,” Rolland said on Instagram last week. “Your wish to combine deep Saudi culture with modernity in your wedding gown was really inspirational.”

Several esteemed guests had an opportunity to attend the event, including Syrian singer Assala.

Giving an insight to the wedding, she said on Instagram, “It was a unique, simple and elegant night. Everything about it and what was in it was sweet and joyful. The title of this night is devotion and a noble and reassuring feeling. I pray to God to make our dear princess happy and to write to her Good days are coming that will rise with joy and stability, and may God grant her good offspring as she is for her family.”
