From conquering iconic runways together to sharing heartwarming childhood memories, it’s no secret supermodel sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid are attached at the hip.
Showcasing their close sisterly bond, the younger Hadid sister, Bella, marked her elder sibling’s 27th birthday sharing a series of sweet throwback photos.
From their younger years to dominating fashion week, Bella took to Instagram to post a carousel of images sharing her love for Gigi as she celebrated another year around the sun.
“Happy Birthday to my big sister [Gigi Hadid] thank you for being born so that I could be born that was very sweet of [you],” she jokingly said.
The photographs shared by Bella depicted her caption perfectly as she showcased her sister from her early years to early modelling days to more recent fashion weeks.
But perhaps it was the final image in the carousel which was the most poignant of all, Gigi as a mum cradling her 18-month-old daughter Khai.
“Thank you for being the best sister, mom, daughter, human bean ever,” Bella added in her caption. “You teach me something new everyday and sometimes I just smile because I feel so lucky to be your baby sister.”
The now 27-year-old welcomed her first child back in September 2020 with her ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik.
