Learn some life-saving skills
Ideally, we should all know CPR and the Heimlich, but it’s the sort of thing that tends to slip down the to-do list. No longer. King’s College Hospital is running free workshops on Friday and Saturday on first aid, cancer awareness, and basics for new parents. There’s also free heart health checks and activities for kids. What better way to face the working week than to know you’re prepared in case of emergency?
