The Ambani wedding finally took place on July 12, after half a year of festivities and events that took place in anticipation of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s nuptials. This lavish affair in Mumbai featured both Bollywood legends and Hollywood celebrities flocking to attend the event. Donned in their best outfits, this exquisite celebration, is definitely one for the books.
The couple tied the knot at the grand wedding ceremony, held at the palatial Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The wedding featured notable guests like Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, John Cena, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas among others.
Even one of India’s best-known fashion designers, Manish Malhotra, served as the event’s creative director. The celebrated couturier produced bespoke outfits for various members of the Ambani family throughout the month-long wedding celebrations.

For instance, the gown worn by Nita Ambani on the event red carpet took more than 40 days to create. The custom peach silk ghagra was designed by couture house Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla and artisans Vijay Kumar and Monika Maurya.
