This is not a drill

Iconic Italian fashion house Giorgio Armani is setting sail for Dubai to present it’s Cruise 2021 collection.

For the last cruise extravaganza, the designer paid tribute to Japan by staging the show in Tokyo’s National Museum. We are yet to learn the location of the Dubai showcase, but something tells us it could be at the Armani hotel that opened in 2010.

The show is schedules for April and will coincide with the reopening of the brand’s store at the Dubai Mall. “I’m very happy to be back in Dubai after 10 years, especially on the occasion of the Expo 2020 which will place a great emphasis on the city,” the designer said. “Dubai is a luxurious and fascinating place with a soul focused on the future, always in pursuit of the imagination.”

You won’t have to wait long to see the latest pieces from Giorgio Armani as he is presenting the pre-fall collection on November 14 at the Armani/Teatro venue in Milan.

We are sure this major international event will solidify Dubai’s firm stand in the fashion industry.
