Olivia Palermo for Aspinal of London

It seems for a successful style campaign these days you need Olivia Palermo to either star in the ads or be involved in the collaboration – better still, both! The latest brand jumping on the reality TV star’s sartorial credentials is Aspinal of London.International style icon, blogger and reality TV star, Olivia Palermo has joined forces with luxury leather goods brand Aspinal Of London to design a limited edition Marylebone Tech Tote, with 100 per cent of proceeds going to AdCam, a non-profit charity that develops cooperation projects and social responsibility initiatives in the Masai Mara region of Kenya.Olivia who is a long-time supporter of ADCAM said: “Working with Aspinal and having them lend their support to AdCam a charity whose initiative I support has been a stylish and meaningful experience.”

Part of the Marylebone family, each of Olivia’s specifically designed bags (only 30 bags are being made in total) will be numbered and come with Aspinal of London’s innovative TECH capabilities as standard, allowing customers to charge their phone and iPad on the go.

This charitable collaboration is not a first for Olivia, who most recently starred in a beauty campaign for La Mer with her husband Johannes Huebl, neither is it the first time for her to work so closely with the Masai Mara tribe, a community she has become close to in recent years. Olivia is also ambassador of the Maasai project for conscious fashion brand Pikolinos, which has been working with community activist William Kikanae, a leader of the Maasai tribe from Kenya, to create a footwear line that earns profits intended to further women’s development and additional projects in the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Olivia’s collaboration with Aspinal Of London will see proceeds from the bag’s sales go toward helping AdCam to fund a new school in Africa. Fashion for a cause is always something we support.

The bags will go on sale in March for an estimated US$1,512.
