The UAE’s luxurious culinary scene is about to get even more exciting the d.ream, one of the investors behind some of the most fabulous venues in Dubai, have announced plans to open another international restaurant, but this time in The Four Seasons Resort At Jumeirah Beach Road

The dream team behind DIFC’s most popular venues are bringing Nusret restaurant to The Four Seasons this December.

Nusret is a popular restaurant in Turkey (the country has six existing venues) and is popular with celebrities and high-earning tourists alike. The man behind the brand is the famously handsome and charismatic Nusret Gökçe, a butcher and meat specialist, who is so good at his job that it is said that he was born with a meat cleaver in his hands. 


As such meat is the main focus on the menu with every piece of beef and lamb passing Nusret’s personal inspection before making it to the grill. This detailed process of selecting, cutting, preparing and serving meat is at the heart of the Nusret concept, known for developing a range of exceptional and highly unique signature dishes including asado ribs, beef spaghetti, grilled meatballs and the ‘Nusret Special’.

The UAE was Nusret’s first choice for international expansion; such is the brand’s existing popularity amongst Arab and European tourists in Turkey.


Diners in Dubai can expect a welcoming space with adjoining terrace for an ‘inside-out’, rustic, pared-back feel encouraging group dining and frequent interaction with the serving staff. The signature grill menu will be enhanced with lighter salads and a tartare trolley featuring tuna, salmon and beef, which will prepared for guests at their respective tables. An exciting bar menu and cocktail selection will elevate the ambiance for a sophisticated experience from lunch until the early hours.
