She was the headline act at Jeddah World Fest.

Rapper Nicki Minaj has pulled out of her performance in Saudi Arabia that was scheduled for July 18.

“Starships” singer was set to take to the stage at Jeddah World Fest alongside British musician Liam Payne and American DJ Steve Aoki, but has decided to cancel due to personal reasons.

“After careful reflection I have decided to no longer move forward with my scheduled concert at Jeddah World Fest,” the singer said in a statement.

Those who have purchased tickets will be able to request a refund, but the event organisers did highlight that there will be more acts revealed soon.

“Unfortunately Nicki Minaj has cancelled her live performance at Jeddah World Fest on July 18th due to personal reasons. Ticket refunds will be offered if desired. Please note the second wave of performers will be announced this week,” Jeddah World Fest posted on Instagram.
