As the pandemic might have taken a toll on in-person workout classes, Apple has innovated with Apple Fitness+, bringing a new era of exercise to your fitness regime.

Apple’s latest on-demand fitness service is built around the Apple Watch. Ensuring you release those feel-healthy endorphins throughout the day, the studio-style workouts and guided Meditations can be brought to your iPhone, iPad and Apple TV for ease throughout your fitness journey.

Apple Fitness+ Group Classes

The group workout sessions will be available with SharePlay later this year with up to 32 people in each class. Led by a team of diverse individuals, each trainer will ensure a bespoke session tailored to each individual is offered.

As meditation has developed a prominent perch in the self-help arena, these guided videos will help you maintain the practise even when you’re on the go. From nine different themes, users can choose the one they wish to closely resonate, to ensure they feel Zen throughout the day. Each session will combine traditional principles in a personal inclusive manner, led by a team of experts in the field.

“Whether you’re just getting started, trying something new, or switching up how you train your mind and body, the amazing and welcoming Fitness+ trainer team is here to help users live a healthy lifestyle, no matter where they are in their fitness journey,” said Jay Blahnik, Apple’s senior director of Fitness Technologies.

Having gained popularity in recent times, muscle-burning Pilates workouts can be practised anywhere at home with a yoga mat and resistance bands. The Fitness+ Pilates sessions can be tailored for beginners or experts to ensure they receive the maximum results with each class.

There’s no doubt that music can help exercisers push through fatigue. Keeping that in mind Fitness plus expertly crafted an artist spotlight series to fit workout types ranging from cycling, rowing, HIIT, yoga, dance and much more. Inspired by these Fitness+ workouts, Apple Music and Apple One subscribers can enjoy the Fitness+ Spotlight series.

With snowboarding enthusiasts preparing for their yearly ski visits, Fitness+ also lets users build strength, improve balance and increase endurance to avoid any potential injuries. Preparing for your favourite winter sports is no more a task, as users can practice anytime as per the level best suited to them.

The new workouts will be available from September 27 in 15 new countries later this year. Fitness+ will be available in English with subtitles in six languages, by a diverse team of trainers.
