This short film offers a glimpse inside the eventful moments before Tory Burch’s A/W13-14 fashion show.
The camera follows the designer throughout the final fittings, rehearsals and model castings. In one quick clip, the ever-immaculate Tory is shown tightly crossing her fingers on both hands for luck, just a few seconds before the show begins.
We also spotted Cara Delevingne, who can be seen playing with quirky shades and peeping over a handbag in the background.
At last you see the finished result as the models take to the catwalk in Tory’s new season threads and accessories.
Drawing on Gustav Klimt’s intricate paintings, Tory’s collection featured a series of tapestry-esque prints, laser-cut leather and velvet jacquard.
For evening drama, we saw tailored coats complete with fur fringe and metallic flecked knits encrusted with jewels.
