Founded by Emirati couturier Ahmed Alkhyeli, the young brand focuses on volume without the bulk presenting couture gowns that are unlike anything we’ve seen. There’s exaggeration thanks totaffeta and crisp dupion, but it’s in proportion, there’s embellishment, yet it’s delicate, resulting in effortless pieces that are calling out to be worn.

Ahmed studied architecture at American University of Sharjah, which which has a significant influence on his pieces. Based in London’s affluent Knightsbridge area, he loves working with structure and proportion which has won him celebrity clients like Lady Gaga.

His dresses fit any special occasion, but they are also relatable when comparing to some designs coming from the Middle East. Ahmed’s approach struck a chord with stylist and influencer Bettina Looney who chose his gown for her wedding in Johannesdal, South Africa. It featured an off-the-shoulder design, gathered bodice, voluminous sleeves and flowing skirt.
