The biggest annual fashion event of the year, Met Gala 2024, has arrived.

Held every first Monday of May, this star-studded event aims to raise money in style and celebrates the opening of the exhibition Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

This year’s exhibition, titled “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion,” offers a profound exploration of how technology can breathe new life into the fabric of time itself, resurrecting garments deemed too fragile for the wear of modernity. Inspired by J.G. Ballard’s evocative tale of temporal manipulation, the gala’s theme encapsulates the guests to traverse the ethereal landscapes of both past and future, dressed in outfits that bridge the realms of fantasy and reality.

In the same vein, the dress code called for The Garden of Time to which Hollywood A-listers and attendees such as Lewis Hamilton, Eddie Redmayne, Barry Keoghan, to name a few have interpreted the theme in their best menswear looks.
