Launched this month and replete with Meher and Riddima’s beautifully grand A/W14 creations (rich jewel tones, floor-sweeping silhouettes and more embellishment than you can shake a glue gun at), their slick, transactional website’s sneaky USP involves a personal shopper.
For Dhs250, the equivalent of your fashion fairy godmother will appear at your house (we’d like to say by clicking her heels together three times, but in all likelihood, probably by taxi), take your measurements, show you the pieces and then place your order for you. And if you do buy something, the fee comes off your purchase. There’s nothing quite like the personal touch, is there?
The new collection is everything we’ve come to expect from Meher and Riddima; a brand launched in 2002 that’s become famous for infusing its creations with Oriental and Arabic heritage and influences. Not only is the brand award-winning, it also has a a huge celeb fan base to boot, so it’s about time that the Meher and Riddima collection is available to buy online.
