Kicking it off right

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are on their first royal tour since the birth of their son, Archie. Yesterday, the family of three landed in Cape Town, South Africa, the first stop in their ten-day tour.

The power couple have long advocated for climate change, so they traveled for their trip on a commercial British Airways flight. After arriving at the airport, we were given a rare sneak-peak of four-month old Archie, who looked as adorable as can be, snuggled up in his mother’s arms.

Right after landing, Meghan and Harry hit the ground running, making the first stop on their 10-day tour in Nyanga township. And ever the fashionista, the former Suits actress proved that she knows how to dress for an occasion. She wore a black-and-white wrap dress with a plunging neckline, featuring bold and contrasting patterns. The best part about the look? It comes courtesy of sustainable brand Mayamiko, whose designs are ethically sourced and created in Malawi!

Ever since joining the Royal family, Meghan has attempted to pay tribute to every country she is visiting and in this case, her look was an ode to Africa. The dress retails at about AED 315.90 ($86); however, it is currently sold-out (naturally), so you will probably not be able to get your hands on it soon.

Later in the day, the new mother changed up her look, letting her hair down. She traded in the black and white for a blue Veronica Beard dress, which she first wore in public last year. She rocked this same look during another royal tour, specifically in Tonga in October, when she and Prince Harry were on a royal tour of Australia, Fiji, and Tonga.
