The new fine jewellery collection from MARLI New York is a celebration of life, love and creation.
Featuring supermodel Taylor hill, the line titled ‘LIFE’ includes four exquisite 18K gold pieces. Each piece of jewellery signifies the dualities that exist within LIFE itself, while their kinetic qualities invite playful interaction from the wearer.
“In New York, everything moves so fast. That is, until 2020. It was a moment to pause and reflect on what really matters,” shares Founder & CEO Maral Artinian, of MARLI New York. She curated this line during the pandemic, at a time when the world was collectively facing a common sorrow. “At the heart of the LIFE collection is this notion that there are many ways of moving forward, even when all stands still.”
Taking a cue from the city of New York itself, where no matter what, life goes on — Maral applied a similar principle to this collection through a remarkable expression of lines and movement, softness and strength, color and light. Showcasing a reflection of time and eternity — with LIFE in perpetual motion, Maral crafted rings with a spinning movement, making this line all the more special.
Infused with MARLI’s signature pyramid-shaped gemstones that represent life’s major elements — the ring and hinge bracelet in this collection are available in 18K rose gold and white gold. Bringing together the harmony of green agate and the playfulness of pink opal — the gemstone pieces display a contrast with twin rows of shimmering pavé and paved inner bands. A ring and hinge bracelet are specifically crafted with diamonds (available in 18K rose gold, white gold and yellow gold) highlighting the purity and wholeness it stands for.
