On Tour with Maje
For their Spring-Summer 19 collection, Maje inspire us to fly away with their ‘On Tour’ campaign. The French brand worked with fashion photographer Oliver Hadlee Pearch, as he moved around Paris to capture the true essence of their latest line.
For the new collection, Maje’s founder Judith Milgrom, designed pieces that cater to women who are always on the move. They are always up for an adventure and search for the unknown and unexpected. The Parisian collection is a reflection of the busy city life and the tropical escape that you look forward to. While the pieces embody symbols of Parisian culture, they also include ones that represent summer and the freedom that it brings.
Maje radiates a feminine, glamorous and bold vibe, which is reflected in this collection. From waist-hugging romantic silhouettes to ultra-feminine sleek looks, the SS19 line is a mix between the classic and new trends. The spirit of the line was captured in the campaign as Oliver travels around Paris with Grace Hartzel, who is a Parisian at heart but doesn’t limit herself to the codes that come with living in the city.
But at Maje you will find more than just clothes. The brand has also released a line of SS19 accessories to complement the ready-to-wear collection. In the accessories collection, you will find the label’s new M skin bag, which is now adorned with a gold tone metal handle making it worthy of being this summer’s statement piece, while the W20 sneakers make a return this season in a host of new colour ways.
