The Grammy Awards returned for their 64th annual edition this year and it’s safe to say the Academy put on a show.

One standout performance was by 12-time Grammy winner Lady Gaga, who stunned the audience not only with her singing but with her custom gown designed by none other than Arab designer Elie Saab.

The singer captivated the audience in a satin mint-coloured couture gown that was complemented with a large bow and metallic pumps. The sophisticated strapless piece featured a bodice wrapped in layers of fabric.

Exuding the aura of ‘Old Hollywood’, Lady Gaga pulled her blonde locks back into a classic wavy updo with glowing makeup featuring dewy skin with glossy pink lips.

This Marilyn Monroe-inspired look certainly charmed the viewers as she paid homage to the wonderful community of musicians as she performed ‘Love for Sale’ and ‘Do I Love You?’ from her album with her long-time friend and duet partner Tony Bennett.

After her performance, the singer said, “I feel so blessed to be a part of this wonderful community of musicians, and I want the whole world to know that we love making you smile.”

She also outshined herself with some smooth jazz moves to add to the energy and delivered a heartfelt performance, that ended on a sweet note, with her saying “I love you, Tony, we miss you.”

As well as delivering a showstopping performance, Gaga took home a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album.
