Ahead of her second birthday
At this point, Kylie Jenner’s almost two-year-old daughter has accomplished more in her life than most of us have. Now, Stormi is getting her own Kylie Cosmetics collection in honour of her turning two next month.
It seems like Stormi is following in her mum’s footsteps after the young billionaire announced that her first collaboration of 2020 will be with her baby girl. The line will be this year’s Valentine’s Day collection, which Kylie hinted at on her brand’s Instagram account, posting a behind-the-scenes shot of Stormi and a few members of the Kylie Cosmetics team looking over artwork options for the collection’s packaging.
Judging from the little clues in the photo, the collection seems to be inspired by the mother and daughter’s mutual love of butterflies. In the picture, Stormi is seen playing with lip-gloss applicator, and underneath her arm, there’s a drawing of violet and butterfly Lip Kit packaging featuring her name across the front in purple glitter. In the picture we can also see a hint of a nine-pan eyeshadow palette.
Butterflies may be an unexpected theme for Valentine’s but it seems like it holds a special meaning for both Kylie and Stormi’s father, Travis Scott. The young parents have matching butterfly tattoos, Kylie has also been photographed wearing butterfly jewelry and she even decorated Stormi’s nursery with them.

Of course this is not the first time that Kylie has mixed family and business. The beauty mogul has previously collaborated with Kourtney, Kim and Khloé. But it seems like this Valentine collection will be the first of many 2020 drops, as the billionaire recently sold stakes of Kylie Cosmetics to cosmetics conglomerate Coty Inc for $600 million.
