It’s no secret Kylie Jenner is a fan of brands from this region.

Just recently, the 23-year-old has been seen showing support for an emerging Egyptian designer brand – Aliel.

Sharing a series of photos with her 197 million followers on Instagram, the beauty mogul accessorised her colourful outfit with a bag by Aliel – the Ghalia bag, priced at around Dhs1,175, in orange.

It’s not the first time Kylie has been seen wearing the Egyptian designer. The reality star wore a more muted version of the Ghalia bag last month on a night out in Los Angeles.

A month prior, in August, the reality TV star also wore the same bag while at a birthday party hosted at Hailey Bieber’s Beverly Hills home with her sister Kendall Jenner. In the video, she wore the geometric shaped shoulder bag that features two straps – a long chain strap and a shorter strap made from agate stone which you can also remove.

The brand was founded Leila Abo Tira, who is based in Cairo, and the name is derived from her own but just spelt backwards – Aliel.

It appears Kylie’s influence has had a very positive effect on the brand as every single design Aliel has – not just the Ghalia – is currently sold out on their site.

In recent years, the billionaire makeup mogul has been a huge champion of Arab designers. For her 21st birthday in 2018 she wore a design by Kuwaiti label Marzook and earlier this year she wore a series of pieces from Egyptian jewellery brand Jacquie Aiche, which is based in Los Angeles.
