American pop-diva, Jennifer Lopez is set to is set to take the stage for the first time in Egypt this summer. The Jenny From the Block singer is taking her show-stopping It’s My Party Tour to the North Coast on August 9, in what we are sure will be the perfect ending for this summer-season.
The announcement came courtesy of Venture Life Style, who made the announcement on their Facebook last night. “Jenny from the block will be preforming LIVE while celebrating her BIRTHDAY on August 9th, North Coast of EGYPT!! You are promised a once in a lifetime musical experience, as you will be witnessing the QUEEN herself smashing new and classic hits, dazzling wardrobes & jaw dropping dancing choreography!!,” their post read.
It has been a good year for Egypt so far, which has seen a splurge of concerts from international stars over the past few months. Just last weekend, we witnessed a star-studded lineup in El Gouna, which included Tyga, Inna, Nelly, and Zhavia. Before that, Moroccan-American rapper French Montana made his Egyptian debut on April 14, while American rock-funk band Red Hot Chili Peppers brought the heat in March.
Fans of Jennifer can expect a fun-filled night, which will include classic and new hits, incredible dance moves and stunning costumes. Tickets to watch the Medicine singer do her thing start at 1,350 EGP, if you are looking to stand. There are also the Golden Circle Area tickets, which retail at 2,000 EGP and the VIP tickets, which are on sale for 3,500 EGP.
The 49-year-old was recently engaged to long-time boyfriend Alex Rodríguez, and have been raising her twins and his two daughters together. It is a tight-knit family and they always post pictures together on Instagram, so we expect that Jennifer will be bringing them to Egypt with her. Maybe we can expect a family trip to the Giza Pyramids and then some fun in the sun when they get to the North Coast.
