It works by firstly sending a message to the Harvey Nichols WhatsApp Shopline number in order to liaise with an expert.
Once you’re connected with your assigned expert, just say what your looking for and your liaison can send you product recommendations and pictures.
From women’s clothes, to men’s accessories, to beauty and skincare everything’s covered on the app.
Even better it’s free delivery with no minimum spend.
It also should be noted the department store is “taking every precaution necessary against COVID-19 each step of [the] order process”.
“Our staff and customers’ health and wellbeing is our top priority during this time,” their statement reiterated.
