Make-up artist Carol Lopez Reid reveals her top tips and tricks to recreate singer Jorja Smith’s beauty look from her Kali Uchis tour.
Complexion.
I started by prepping with Dior Capture Youth Glow Booster Age-Delay Illuminating Serum followed by Dior’s Hydra Life Hydration Rescue Intense Sorbet Creme. To even out Jorja’s skin, I used Dior Forever Skin Glow in shades 3 and 4 and Dior Forever Skin Undercover Concealer in honey beige. I added some dimension with the Dior Skin Mineral Nude Bronze using the warm sunlight shade. Next, I applied Dior Rouge Blush in 219 Rose Montaigne to the apples of her cheeks and highlighted with the gold and pink shades from the Dior Backstage Glow Face Palette.

Eyes
I filled in Jorja’s brows with a combination of the Dior Backstage Brow Palette in dark and Dior Show Brow Styler in universal dark brown. To ensure that the eyeshadow stayed put all night, I applied the Dior Backstage Eye Prime. I then added a mix of all the colours from the Dior 3 Couleurs Tri(o)blique Palette. Next, I applied coral canvas to the lids and added depth to the outer lids using a warm sulight colour. I added brightness to the corners of her eyes by mixing the white and gold shades from the Dior Backstage Palette. I also used both the brown liner shades from the 5 Couleurs Collection and finished with a flick of black liner and Dior Show Pump ‘n’ Volume Mascara to thicken the lashes.
Lips
I applied the rouge Dior ultra rouge lipstick in crave and topped it off with the Dior Addict Stellar Shine Gloss for a bold look.
