Iconic luxury brand Diane Von Furstenberg has collaborated with the THE OUTNET on a capsule collection and cast it’s first hijabi model to star in the campaign.
At just 23, Ikram Abdi Omar has graced international magazine covers and worked with leading labels like Burberry and Molly Goddard. This is her first time modelling the pieces from the house that was founded in 1972.
This exclusive edit consists of 13 styles, offering a variety of categories including dresses, jumpsuits, tops and skirts, all in DVF’s distinctive, bold yet ladylike style. The colour palette is simple and chic navy, khaki and white, with an exclusive floral print designed especially for THE OUTNET. The capsule offers key silhouettes from the DVF main collection including the iconic wrap, a timeless shape, which has transcended trends.
Giving DVF stripes a modest spin, Ikram Abdi Omar wears a midi skirt with a wrap green top that’s been layered over a black roll neck. When paired with white boots and geometric gold earrings, it is a perfect outfit to take you from office to dinner.
