As fashion weeks move from city to city, Hermès was yet another house that stunned the audience at Paris Fashion Week.

The collection shed light on neo-urban elements by combining the two concepts of equestrian and techno.

By evoking an air of sophistication throughout the collection, Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski, the house’s creative director, laid emphasis on clean tailoring and structured silhouettes, that were executed in an flawless manner.

From playsuits to fitted reversible coats complemented with over-the-knee socks, the collection balanced masculine styles with an elegant touch, as a strong expression of how classic elements still exist. With a fresh take on the riding boots, this new-age attire has given popular garments a utilitarian touch.

Featuring icy neutrals and autumnal shades, the natural colour palette ensured the pieces were monotone yet striking in their own right. Whether black leather or olive shades of green, each item stood out more than the other.

With immaculate attention to detail, each artfully designed piece was adorned with subtle surprises, be it the frills or the chains on the belt, which made faint sounds with every stride.

Keeping in line with the theme, the set was created to match the muted ambience that was beautifully executed throughout the show.
