For a detailed report Virgin Radio presenter Kris Fade, shared a video on his Instagram to his 818k followers regarding all the roads blocked this morning and what to avoid incase there’s a meeting, to the office, to the airport and more.

As a summary of the Video, Fade mentioned that Sheikh Zayed Road is open from Trade Center now, closed by Manara road, along with closures between Al Fayah Road and Jebel Ali both ways. Additionally, Al Khail Road is fully closed and must be avoided completely.
311 is experiencing closures from Dubai South to Expo, closures from International City to Warqa 1, Affected by Global Village Jebel Ali bound and affected by Sports City Sharjah Bound.
Emirates Road is completely flooded by Mudon. It’s important to stay away from Discovery Gardens, D54 is completely blocked behind Global Village, the Airport Tunnel is open from Beirut Street and closed from Nad Al Hammar.
The areas that are ok travel included Abu Dhabi, Jumeirah Beach Road, Al Wasl Road, Sports City’s inner roads and Garn Al Sabkha street.
Overall, the metro Red Line is operating from Centrepoint Station to GGICO station, from BurJuman Station to Business Bay Station and From Jabal Ali Station to Expo2020 Station. The Green Line is operating from Etisalat by e& Station to Abu Hail Station and from Creek Station to Al Ras station.
Hence, it’s important to plan all routes in advance to avoid any further delays.
