Gucci has launched a new pop-up store at Dubai’s iconic Burj Al Arab.

Open until February 28, 2022, this store is the first of its kind in the region coinciding with the UAE’s 50th anniversary and Expo 2020.

By reflecting a century of heritage, this new space will feature the Gucci 100 collection for guests to witness the houses’ story through time. By digging through the archives, the Maison’s centennial will be celebrated through a contemporary lens, with a tribute to its noteworthy history.

To celebrate a century of Gucci, the house’s pop culture is beautifully executed through the limited edition ready-to-wear pieces that present its long-standing culture, harked by some of the most famous moments in its history.

From handbags to small leather goods, the store will showcase a series of covetable pieces. By celebrating cutting-edge fashion pieces since a bygone era, the house has also added Gucci Lifestyle and Gucci Décor collections to this exclusive pop-up.

Situated at a height of 142 metres, visitors can enjoy the spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf in front of the newly opened SAL Restaurant.

With understated drama at its helm, the façade echoes Gucci’s core style through its design. By incorporating dreamy wooden floors and luxe floral patterns, to emulate a resort-like feel at the venue.

By creating a space that is close to Gucci, the brand continues to make its mark in the Middle East by thinking beyond the norm.
