Every season the Gucci glossy-posse storms the runway with beauty looks that leave us weak at the knees. In our Gucci make-up tutorial below, we reveal how to get the glam rock look.
GLAM ROCK
Green eyeshadow, the anchovy of the beauty world; you either love it or you hate it. But listen up, apply it correctly and this underrated hue can make your peepers pop. It can also act as a subtle alternative for the black smoky eye gaining you serious boho-rock brownie points.
HOW TO
Skin:
- Always prep your skin by cleansing, toning and moisturising.
- Using your fingertips, apply a pea sized amount of primer on your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin.
- With a foundation brush apply a light covering of foundationfor a flawless finish. Using finger tips pat on more foundation on the cheekbones to heighten luminosity.
- Dab on luminous concealer to disguise blemishes and imperfections. For dark circles under eyes apply three dots of concealer to the under eye area blending with a tapping motion so as not to remove too much product.
- Before bronzer, set your foundation with a dusting of finishing powder.
- Lastly, sculpt your face with Gucci’s Glow Bronzer
Eyes:
- Begin with Gucci Impact Longerwear Eye Pencil in Iconic Ottanio and blend the colour around the eye within 30 seconds before it sets.
- Apply Gucci in Iconic Ottanio over top of pencil and blend out. Highlight brow bone and inner corners using Gucci Magnetic Colour Shadow Mono in Sunstone.
- Intensify eye using black eye pencil following both the upper lash line and the lower lash line including tear duct.
- On top of the eye pencil, intensify with Gucci Magnetic Colour Shadow Mono in Iconic Black.
- Lastly, trace over top lash line with a black liquid liner.
Lips:
- Use a touch of Gucci Luxurious Moisture Rich Lipstick in Cipria. On top, apply Gucci Vibrant Demi-glaze Lip Lacquer in Breathless.
